The End of an Era or Beating the Game: Terminator Salvation

Tonight Ben and I decided to tryout Dave & Buster's free game play night.  Every Sunday - Thursday from 9-11pm you can play unlimited free games (on all the games that don't give you tickets).  This is good news for us because I absolutely love playing the Terminator Salvation game.

Unfortunately, we've only played it when we're paying, which means we won't pay for continues, which means we never get past 1 or 2 levels.  Tonight, however, thanks to Ben's mad card swiping skills, we were able to beat all 8 levels of the game!  It was incredibly fun...and painful.  I've never had to hold a gun up for so long before.  This made me aware of my weak shoulders, not to mention the underdeveloped muscles of my trigger finger. I must admit that I do feel a loss now that we beat the game.  I no longer feel curiosity or wonder regarding where John Conner and his fellow rebels will lead the refugees, or just where that helicopter is headed or how many chunks of building can fall on me before I run out of credits.  Oh well, time for a new favorite games, I suppose.
